Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Certain electrical components may be non-returnable (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Electrical terminals & connectors (opened packages)
- Electrical wires & cables (cut to length)
- Fuses and circuit breakers (installed or used)
- Gas detectors (opened packages)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my order #[Your Order Number] placed on [Order Date].

For exchanges, please specify the replacement item:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions
- Return address
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Ship to the provided address using a trackable method. We recommend insuring your return package.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days after arrival), we’ll notify you via email about the approval status.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and approve your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes associated with the return
- Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
