Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties. Please mark packages as “Returned Goods” if sending back to avoid additional charges.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Certain electrical components may be non-returnable (see below)

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Electrical terminals & connectors (opened packages)
  • Electrical wires & cables (cut to length)
  • Fuses and circuit breakers (installed or used)
  • Gas detectors (opened packages)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Step 1: Contact Our Crew

  • Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  • Product name and SKU
  • Reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify replacement item

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and authorization number.

Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package items securely in original packaging with all accessories. Ship to provided address using a trackable method (we recommend insurance).

Important: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return
We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you via email about approval status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after return approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchange Processing

For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. Standard shipping times apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
